Chicago born Carl Scott is the host and producer of Rip And Rebind, a musicological exploration of culture, for the National Black Programming Consortium. He also wrote and produced Still Swinging, Still Classic, a one-hour radio documentary for WQXR and WNYC New York about the life of jazz pianist Hazel Scott.
